- This project includes reroofing the barracks and mess hall and one residence. The work includes removing existing roofing materials, including shingles, roofing underlayment, drip edges, flashing and decking material where necessary. Install new underlayment, flashing, drip edges, standing seam metal roof, and decking material, where needed shall be installed on demolished roofs. Repair of fascia, eaves, and soffits is also included. Repair of the entrance porch roof of both facilities that were damaged by wind. Install brackets on each side of two column of the barracks mess hall entrance porch in accordance with the attached sketch. All roof installations include demolition, repair work, joint sealants and new materials for a complete water tight roof system.
