- The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests proposals for rehabilitating roadways on the Nulhegan Division of the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge in the towns of Bloomfield and Lewis, Essex County, Vermont. The project consists of the removal of 94 rocks on four different roads, removal and replacement of seven culverts and resetting of one culvert, and rehabilitating approximately 3,375 feet of gravel roadways on the Refuge. There will be a "Pre-Bid" site visit scheduled for May 5, at 11:00am. Notification of the manager is required. The performance period will be 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This project is a Small Business Set-aside. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The small business size standard is $33.5 Million. The NAICS code for this work is 237310. Solicitation number 501819R027 will be posted within 15 days and may be viewed through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System - Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.nbc.gov.
