- CFL and OS Salient Characteristics Revision 1, dated 7 Apr 09 Offeror Question and Government Answer, 7 Apr 09 1. The Not Later Than (NLT) delivery date is changed from 20 April 2009 to 30 days After Receipt of Award (ARA). Therefore, the contractor shall supply all items and deliver FOB destination NLT 30 days ARA. 2. CFL and OS Salient Characteristics (5 line items), Attachment 2, posted 6 Apr 2009 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with CFL and OS Salient Characteristics (3 line items) Revision 1 attached to this posting. Therefore, offerors should use the attached revised CFL and OS Salient Characteristics (3 line items) to prepare proposals.
