- Description
- The purpose of this solicitation is to award a requirements type contract for portable ventilators (all same make and model and with all ancillary items fitting inside a rigid case) with delivery to stockpile location(s) in support of pandemic flu preparedness and response. Resulting awardee shall also be capable of providing re-supply kits, along with end-user training and sustain a 60-month (five year) maintenance support agreement that will include rotation of approximately one third of the ventilators shipping from Government location to offeror's location for annual preventative and recertification maintenance. The objective is to insure availability and consistency of product for stockpile and if need be, deployment in the event of pandemic flu outbreak. Note 22 applies to this procurement.
