- Statement of Work for Barber Shop requirements. Contractor requirement for solicitation. The Contractor shall provide Management and Professional Barbering Services located at the southwest corner of the Officers Club, 128 Benedict Ave. Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. The services shall include, but not limited to all phases of hair cutting, trimming and styling for members of the Langley Officer's Club, authorized Officer's Club members and their dependents, VIPS and special guests.
