- NSN: 3110-00-356-5723, Purchase Request No: IQC09092009044. Total Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 7,472 each. Solicitation will include a term of base year plus two option years. FOB Point at Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Critical application item. This is a Critical Safety Item. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued on an Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures. Approved sources are New Hampshire Ball Bearings (CAGE 83086), Part Number 4063875 and FAG Aerospace (CAGE 36069), Part Number 4077345. The Government's required delivery schedule is 288 DARO for Stock. Surge Requirements are applicable. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN. Award from this solicitation can only be made from a domestically manufactured (US or Canada) bearings and bearings components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
