- Fixed price 8(a) award pursuant to 41 U.S.C 253(C)(5). The project includes the renovation of existing spaces on three floors totaling 7,491 sf. On the First Floor, the existing cafeteria will be renovated into GSA and FPS offices. The existing ninth floor visiting Judge's chambers will be renovated into new District Courts chambers. The 11th floor will be converted to new Magistrate chambers. The work involves demolition of existing walls, doors, carpet, ceilings, plumbing, electrical, etc and installation of new carpet, paint, ceilings, lighting, walls, doors, millwork, plumbing and electrical.
