- The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI)/Product Manager for Ground Combat Tactical Trainers (PM GCTT) is issuing a Special Notice to inform industry of an awarded sole source procurement. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency, PEO STRI/PM GCTT has awarded a $1.8M firm fixed price letter contract to BAE Systems Land & Armaments, Inc. (BAE) for the purposes of procuring ten Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Egress Trainer (MET) Caiman Cabin Modules with initial spares. BAE may be contacted in regard to potential subcontracting opportunities. A redacted Justification and Approval has been provided.
