- We intend to award a sole source contract to Universal Switching Corporation, 7671 North San Fernando Road, Burbank, CA 91505-1073, to purchase six (6) Universal Switching TTL/422 adapter panels and all associated required cabling. These items provide a crucial link in the transmission of data that encompasses security considerations and have been certified to SM6 security applications. These items are only manufactured, developed, and maintenance by Universal Switching Corporation, who has proprietary rights. The items must be compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
