- High Efficiency Gas Adsorption (HEGA) filters for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) U.S. Department of State, Office of Acquisition Management (A/LM/AQM) is pleased to issue this Request for Information (RFI) for ALL interested vendors/manufacturers who produce High Efficiency Gas Adsorption (HEGA) filters for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units that provide protection against chemical and biological (CB) attacks. A/LM/AQM is issuing this RFI for market research and informational purposes. The Government is seeking market information regarding the availability of the HEGA filters for HVAC unit. From its review of the responses, the government will determine if there is the breadth and depth of interest from qualified respondents to proceed to a detailed Request for Qualifications (RFQ), followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP) from the best qualified respondents to the RFP. A/LM/AQM is issuing this RFI electronically, only. See the RFI documents attachment for further information.
