- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Lake Charles, LA The United States GOVERNMENT seeks to lease office space in Lake Charles, LA, consisting of approximately 6,498 rentable square feet, which should yield a minimum of 5,650 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. On-site, surface parking is required for 37 vehicles. Four (4) of the parking spaces must be secured. The space should be located in a professional office environment. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space should be ready for occupancy by February 16, 2010. The offered space must meet, or be capable of being altered to meet GOVERNMENT requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. DELINEATED AREA: The offered space shall be located within the following boundaries: South of I-210, West of Kirkman Street North of Gauthier Rd East of Lake Street Interested parties should submit the following information: 1.
