- Description of Work Elements NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WA FS ERFO 2007(1)-20(20) Evergreen Road Emergency Repairs, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Snohomish County, Washington. The work site is located approx. 40 miles east of Monroein, Snohomish County, WA. This project will be solicited to the WA “Area 4” 8(a) MATOC Contractors. Information on the IDIQ contractors may be found on our website at http://www.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov/edi/idiq/wa_area_4.htm This work consists of emergency repairs, including debris removal, grading, reinforced soil slopes, drainage, riprap, and aggregate surfacing. Project magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1 million. For elements of anticipated work see the Project Description document. This paragraph announces possible financing available to Small & Disadvantaged (SDB), Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). (NOTE – This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
