- Project Description Call for HUBZone Interest WA NPS ERFO 2008(1)-40(1), Quinault Area Roads, Olympic National Park, Jefferson County, Washington. This project consists of 3.3 miles of grading, base, drainage, slope stabilization and low water crossings. See “Description of Work” for additional details. See attached call for HUBZone interest. Work shall be completed by October 15, 2009. Estimated PRICE RANGE is between $ 1 Million and $ 2 Million. This paragraph announces possible financing available to Small & Disadvantaged (SDB), Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). (NOTE – This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
