- We intend to award a sole source contract to Apogee Labs, 210 South Third Street, North Wales, PA 19454, to purchase 9 ea--#AL207-012 interface chassis; 100 ea--TTL BNC output(4)driver cards; and 26 ea--TOC005 TTL BNC to TTL BNC input cards. These items provide a crucial link in the transmission of data that encompasses security considerations and have been certified to SM6 security project applications. These items are only manufactured, developed, and maintenance by Apogee Labs, who has proprietary rights. The items must be compatible and interchangeable with the existing equipment in order to upgrade the existing TDC Cell D data distribution system. Other than full and open competition will be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is Not a Request for Quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
