Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is W66MRV-9084-1050and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by 29 April 2009, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423120. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes t o procure the following supply or services: CLIN 0001 Two (2) Heavy Duty Wheel Balancer. Specifications: Wheel Width: 2 20, Maximum Wheel Assembly Width: 25, Wheel Diameter: 8- 30, Maximum Tire Diameter: 50, Maximum Wheel Assembly Weight: 500 lbs, Balancing Modes: 10, Motor: 1HP (acceleration HP), Cycle Time: 7 seconds, Read-Outs: Gram or Ounce, Accuracy: 1g or 0.05oz, Dimensions (DxWxH): 54x55x76, Shipping Weight: 600 lbs, Power Requirements: 120V,1Ph, 60Hz, Pneumatic Wheel Lift, Self Calibration By Operator, Semi-Automatic Data Entry, Equipped to handle wheel ranges from 12 -24.5 and super singles, Adapters Wheel for a Wide Variety of Applications: comes standard with truck centering cones for hub-piloted wheels, and the 4-star/5-star centering arms for stud-piloted applications, also comes with the passenger car/tight truck cones for automotive use. Standard Equipment: Automotive Car/Truck Adapter Kit, Large Pressure Cup, Calibration Weight, Wheel Width Gauge, Weight Pliers, Light Truck Cone Kit,, and 1 ton (4.25-6.85), Budd Wheel Cone/Centering Bushing, Gold Spacer, Professional Centering Arms Will be delivered to CECOM, Bldg 6410/Camp Withycombe, 10101 SE Clackamas Rd, Clackamas, OR 97015-9150. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the lowest priced offer which is both technically acceptable and shows satisfactory past performance.
