- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to: Remove and dispose of existing tanks, pumps, dispensers and vents. Remove exiting above ground piping. Flush seal and cap bilge piping covered by concrete. Remove and dispose of old dispensers. Pour in place a concrete pad to support new fuel dispensers and provide surrounding protective bollards. Gasoline, Diesel and Bilge Tanks-Provide new submersible gasoline and diesel fuel pumps in new above ground double walled, fire rated storage tanks rated for 20 year life with Stainless Steel fittings. Provide a double walled fire rated Bilge (waste oil) tank rated for 20 year life with Stainless Steel fittings. Double-Walled Piping with Lead Detection – Provide new above ground double-walled pipe with stainless steel valves between new above ground storage tanks and dispensers. Provide lead detection monitoring for tanks, piping and dispenser sumps. Repair old riser and leak detection well and cover shelter well structure. Gasoline and Diesel Dispensing Units – Provide gasoline and diesel dispensing units with explosion proof electric motor assist, retracting 140 foot hose reel using stainless steel reel frames, discs, drums and internal structural components designed for long life. Include new fuel nozzles with no hold open device. Electrical Distribution and Control – Provide distribution for pumps. Provide control systems, leak detection systems, alarm and emergency shutdown control. Alarms and keyed master shut off reset for dispensers shall be located in the communications room (second floor station building OM-2). The NAICS for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5M. Vendors interested in performing this project are invited to provide the following information to U. S.
