- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source purchase order to AUSGAR Technologies, Inc., 3111 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 925, San Diego, CA 92108-5729 for Information Assurance accreditation support services for Adaptive Persistent Awareness Systems (APAS). AUSGAR Technologies Inc. has been supporting NSWC PCD Information Assurance efforts since December 2007. Ausgar Technologies has the in depth detailed knowledge of the various components and how they are integrated and interact which is absolutely essential to the preparation of the System Security Accreditation Agreement (SSAA). Ausgar Technologies is the only source that can prepare the (SSAA) documentation required for deployment of the APAS at the planned locations within the scheduled time periods. Since integrations and installations will be occurring over the next 4 to 6 months, beginning in April 2009, there is not enough time to bring a new contractor ! up to speed on APAS system specifics. The deployment schedule is not subject to NSWC-PCD control. Each APAS consists of a unique mix of the various component elements that comprise APAS, specific to the location at which it is being installed and integrated. All documentation will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018.
