- Past Performance Evaluation Questionnaire Wage Determination Performance Work Statement Solicitation Dyess AFB, TX is looking to contract a Military Children Education Consultant in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated for this acquisition. This procurement will be a competitive Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed solicitation number is FA4661-09-T-0017. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, with a size standard of $7 Million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 7 April 2009. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. You may download the solicitation and fax or e-mail your quote. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) located at http://www.ccr.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. Registering may take up to two (2) weeks to process. The administering contracting office is located at the 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd St., Dyess AFB, TX 79607. Please submit any question regarding this acquisition in writing no later then 14 April 2009. All answers will be posted on 15 or 16 April 2009.
