- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER THE ANGRC CAMPUS EXPANSION IDIQ CONTRACT, W90FYQ-07-D-0001. ANGRC Operations Center, Andrews AFB, MD AJXF069112 - ANGRC Operations Center is a new Air National Guard facility at Andrews AFB, MD that consists of two major components. This solicitation is for Phase II of this building that includes a two story wing of approximately 20,000 SF which will primarily serve as a conference center, and location of the operations center's support services. These components will flank a central lobby/atrium space that will serve as the primary entry to the expanded HQ ANGRC complex. The first phase (Phase I), currently under construction, is a four story office wing of approximately 150,000 SF. This wing primarily includes office areas for various directorates that will be relocated to this facility. The project has been designed in accordance with ANG sustainable design guidelines and includes numerous efficient/sustainable features. Project Magnitude for Phase II is $5-$10M. Performance period is to be negotiated but NTE 400 calendar days after NTP. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $33.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years.
