- Under full and open competition, FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure emergency room services in support of Naval Hospital Pensacola, FL. The contractor will be responsible for the establishment, operation, and management of a Level II Emergency Room at the Naval Hospital. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will result from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 15. Release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be via the Internet. Interested parties may download the RFP upon its issuance to the following website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. Interested parties should frequently monitor the NECO website for any updates and/or amendments. The applicable NAICS code is 621493. The anticipated Period of Performance is from 01 March 2010 (with a base period of one year) through 29 February 2016 (if all options are exercised).
