- CONSTRUCT COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY B505 Category: Y Construction of Structures and FacilitiesPotential Sources Sought Date Published: April 8, 2009 Contact: 115 MSG/MSC, 3110 Mitchell St., Madison, WI 53704 POC Katherine Pinnow (608) 245-4548 Synopsis: CONSTRUCT COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY B505 SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and HUBZone Businesses. Truax Field Air National Guard Base, Wisconsin anticipates the solicitation and award of a contract to Construct Communications Facility B505. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Invitation for bid will be utilized to determine awardee. All interested Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and HUBZone Business concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a bid as a PRIME CONTRACTOR no later than 06 May 2009. This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, (2) Identification of firm with appropriate Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned and HUBZone status. Status of HUBZone contractors will be verified via SBA PROnet. (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry MATCHING the magnitude cited above. The type of project, dollar value, Contract number, location, and Point of Contact with phone number are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact with phone number for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate small business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, and HUBZone contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it will be advertised as unrestricted.
