- Description
- This project consists of Level 3 Road Maintenance on 77.1 miles of road in the South Park and South Platte Ranger Districts in the Pike National Forest near Fairplay and Hartsel, Colorado. The project includes cleaning all drainage structures; mobilization between roads; removal of obstructions; clearing, removing or repairing slides and slumps; furnishing, hauling and applying water; and blading and shaping traveled way. The estimated starting date for this contract is May 14, 2009, with a completion date of approximately September 30, 2009. The contractor shall maintain progress at a rate that shall assure completion and acceptance of work within this time frame. Estimated dollar value of this contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation will be restricted to Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The small business size standard for this type of work (NAICS Code 237990) is $33.5 million. The full solicitation will be available on the FedBizOpps website April 17, 2009.
