- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 09SQ340082 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The NAICS code is 561720, Janitorial Services, the size standard is $16.5 Million. This solicitation is being issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, has a requirement for janitorial services at its Ehrenberg Field Office, Ehrenberg (La Paz County), Arizona. A single RFQ is being issued for a base year with four (4) option years. Award will be made based on a best value approach. Award criteria will be past performance and price. Past performance is significantly more important than price. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes will be due on or about April 15, 2009, by 2:00 p.m. local time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Contracting Office (YAO-3100), 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma AZ 85364.
