- The Southern AZ VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS) has a requirement for Hotel Accommodations/Conference Room for the period of June 22 through June 26, 2009 to provide VHA Readjustment Counseling Services (RCS) with training for Global War on Terrorism (GWOT). Hotel must be within 23 miles of the SAVAHCS located at 3601 S. 6th Avenue Tucson, AZ 85723. Approximately 85 Sleeping Rooms shall be required with one (1) large Conference Room to accommodate 85 Government Employees and one (1) small Break-out Room to accommodate up to 8 personnel for informal meetings. The North American Industry Classification System Number (NAICS) for this service is 721110 and Business Size Standard is $33.5M. Classification Code is V Transportation, Travel, and Relocation Services. The solicitation will be released on or about April 10, 2009 and due date is April 24, 2009 by 4:00PM Arizona/MST.
