- Description
- Digital orthophotography serves a variety of government agency programs in the state of Alaska. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period (calendar year 2009) and two option periods (calendar year 2010 and 2011). This procurement will require 4-band direct digital acquisition at 30cm to 1 meter ground sample distance (GSD), and orthorectification services. Deliverables to include, but not limited to, orthorectified DOQQs, unprocessed imagery, center point index, compressed project mosaic, FGDC compliant metadata, LPS blockfile from DOQQ production, and accuracy reports. Specific deliverables will be specified per individual task order. Negotiated firm-fixed price task orders will be issued for all work required. The initial task order planned will be for approximately 31 DOQQs in the Tongass National Forest, Alaska during the approximate flying season of May 15, 2009 to September 1, 2009. Solicitation (RFP) USDA-FS-6-09 will be issued on/or about April 22, 2009, with offers due May 22, 2009. Proposal evaluations will include factors based on the initial task order, see solicitation for details. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
