- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Bragg located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide lodging and meals for the Strong Bonds Retreat for singles for 32 rooms with a king or queen size bed for two nights and a conference room with audio/visual equipment to be held in Charlotte, NC for the 20th Engineer Brigade located at Fort Bragg, NC. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price and the expected solicitation procedure is unrestricted. The period of performance begins 30 April 2009 through 2 May 2009 for the singles event. This requirement was determined to be classified under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 Hotel Lodging (except casinos) with a small business size standard of $7,000.000. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0272. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is on or around 8 April 2009.
