- AMENDMENT TO COMBINED SYNOPSYS AND SOLITATION FA7012-09-T-0020-00001 The following changes are hereby incorporated into solicitation FA7012-09-T-0020 1.1.1-Fence height has been changed from 6 foot galvanized steel chain link fence to 8 foot galvanized steel chain link fence. 1.1.1-Foul poles shall be rotated and set correctly at a 90 degree angle with foul screen on the fair side of the foul line. 1.1.2-This section is hereby deleted. PolyCap is no longer needed due to the fence height increase. The response time has changed from 8 Apr 2009 at 0900 EST to 8 Apr 2009 at 1200 EST. The response time is hereby extended by 3 (three) hours. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. Will there be any demolition of the current fence on this project? No, 11 CES will remove all pre-existing fencing. 2. Will the backstop have a hood? Yes the backstop will have a hood in accordance with the Statement of Work in section 1.1.1. 3. Can non-US citizens work on this project? Yes, but they must have legal documentation stating that they can work within the United States. 4. Can we bring trucks on the field? No all trucks must stay off of the outfield section of the field to preserve the grass. 5. Is the delivery date negotiable? No, this short delivery is a requirement for this project. This is needed for use of the field. Ball Field 1 is 1,188 Linear Feet to include the backstop. Ball Field 12 is 1,177 Linear Feet to include the backstop The response time has changed from 8 Apr 2009 at 1200 EST to 9 Apr 2009 at 0900 EST.
