- Description
- The purpose of this modification is to change the description from Hewlett Packard DAT 3C SAN Switch to DisKeeper 2009 Server License. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to solicit and award an acquisition for a Brand name or equal of DisKeeper 2009 Server Licenses and maintenanc. DisKeeper 2009 is a software product that automatically defrags as it occurs, defragmentation is done transparently, does defragment of files, restores performance and renews reliability. Description of items as follows: DisKeeper 2009 Server License, P/N: 137704, for 145 machines, DisKeeper 2009 Enterprise-Server License, P/N: 137713 for 5 machines, DisKeeper 2009 Administrator Console, P/N: 137697, for one machine, DisKeeper 2009 Server Maintenance, P/N: 137817, for one year of License upgrades for 145 machines, DisKeeper 2009 Enterprise Server Maintenance, P/N: 137825, for one year of License upgrades for 5 machines and DisKeeper 2009 Administrator Console Maintenance, P/N: 137812, for one year of License upgrades for one machine. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334112. The size standard is 1,000. The purpose action is a base period of one year from award date. except the HP Brocade 4/24 Switches, their period of performance shall start September 3, 2009 to April 14, 2010. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be issued for this requirement. This acquisition will be Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The solicitation will be posted via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil with a closing date for the solicitation on 17 April 2009 at 1000 hours. The solicitation will include Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) contract provisions and clauses. No hardcopies of the solicitation or any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted to ASFI. Offerors are encouraged to frequently visit ASFI to view any amendments.
