- NSN 5960-01-100-4454, Electron Tube. This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity contract for an estimated annual quantity of 1250 each. Contract period is one base year plus up to one optional year. Item purchased is an Electron Tube, manufactured in accordance with drawing NR 13499 256-0176 dtd 12/06/89, type number 256-0176-010. Quality assurance/production lot testing shall be in accordance with 16236 SQAP01-100-445 Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Surge and Sustainment coverage is required. Inspection/Acceptance at destination, with offers requested FOB destination to CONUS locations divided by zones. Ship 250 per month beginning 150 days. Offers are requested for quantity ranges of 50-99; 100-249; 250-499; 500-999; 1000-up. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of April 28, 2009. Solicitation must be downloaded from the internet site above. Technical data is available at the same site and time. This solicitation is unrestricted (not set aside for small business). Please be advised that offers should be directed to the bid and abstract room as is designated in the solicitation document. Do not submit offers directly to the POC for this solicitation.
