- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Bragg located at Fort Bragg, NC intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide 60 rooms with double beds, two conferences rooms with audio/visual equipment, meals for 120 adults and 40 children for a two day Strong Bonds Retreat for military families to be held in Myrtle Beach, SC for the HHC, 82D Airborne Division located at Fort Bragg, NC. The anticipated contract type will be firm-fixed price and the expected solicitation procedure is unrestricted. The period of performance begins 8-10 May 2009 for the military family event. This requirement was determined to be classified under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 Hotel Lodging (except casinos) with a small business size standard of $7,000.000. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued under solicitation number W91247-09-T-0274. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and Federal Business Opportunities https://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is on or around 9 April 2009.
