Description of project WA FS ERFO 2007(1)-22(5) Description of project WA FS ERFO 2007(1)-22(4) NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY WA FS ERFO 2007(1)-22(4) & 22(5), Cowlitz Valley District Repairs, Giffor Pinchot National Forest, Lewis and Skamania Counties, Washington. The work sites are described in the Project Description documents. THESE PROJECTS WILL BE SOLICITED UNDER ONE SOLICITATION. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD ONE OR MORE TASK ORDERS FROM THIS SOLICITATION. The WA Area 4 MATOC Contractors will be allowed to provide an offer on ALL or SOME of the projects. These projects will be solicited to the WA “Area 4” 8(a) MATOC Contractors. Information on the IDIQ contractors may be found on our website at http://www.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov/edi/idiq/wa_area_4.htm This work consists of emergency repairs, including debris removal, culvert replacement, embankment and aggregate surfacing. The magnitude of the COMBINED projects is between $500,000.00 and $1 million. For elements of anticipated work see the Project Description documents. This paragraph announces possible financing available to Small & Disadvantaged (SDB), Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). (NOTE – This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business): The Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. The Maximum line of credit is $750,000. The STLP loan has a variable rate, which is connected to the prime rate. For more information see: http://osdbuweb.dot.gov/financial/index.cfm.
