Description
PWS, Appendix B-4 PWS, Appendix B-3 PWS, Appendix B-2 PWS, Appendix B-1 PWS, 7 April 2009 Bid Schedule Wage Determination This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4417-09-R-0024 is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32, effective 31 March 2009. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0M; the SIC code is 0782. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance services are performed throughout areas described in Appendices A and B at Hurlburt Field, FL for one (1) month only. The grounds maintenance services shall be performed in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, weed-free, and professional appearance. The contractor shall accomplish all tasks to meet the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall comply with all local, state of Florida, and federal laws and shall perform grounds maintenance services in accordance with the current edition of the Professional Grounds Maintenance Society (PGMS) Grounds Maintenance Management Guidelines, the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) and the local county extension office, or further defined in this PWS, whichever is more stringent. The estimated quantities of work are listed in Appendix A, Estimated Workload Data. See Attachment 1 to this synopsis for a copy of the full PWS.
