- The base bid requires adding a 4,058 sq. ft. apparatus bay addition to the existing building and a complete interior and exterior remodeling of the building, including CMU, facing, metal roof system, new doors, hardware, new toilet / shower facilities, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and modificaions to the sanitary sewer system. This will be 100% Small Business set-aside, using FAR part 14 (Invitation for Bid, IFB) procedures. This is NOT a Recovery and Reinvestment Act Action. The solicitation will be posted once it clears legal and business clearance. Site visit, Bid opening, and Award dates will be updated when the solicitation is posted.
