- Replace culvert at Meyers Beach Road, as per specifications. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to replace an existing culvert on the Meyers Beach Road at the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Bayfield, WI. The work includes excavation, fill and compaction, asphalt paving, topsoil, grading, riprap, reseeding, and all other items required for a complete and operational culvert replacement. Follow Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WIDOT) specifications unless specified otherwise in the specifications and drawings attached to the solicitation. The NAICS code for this contract is 237310. All contractors doing business with the federal government are required to have current registrations in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and in the On Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.orca.bpn.gov. This contract is subject to the Davis Bacon Act.
