- The purpose of this notice is to announce the issuance of Amendment 1 to the solicitation for the Scientific, Engineering, Response& Analytical Services (SERAS) requirement. This amendment provides EPA's response to the technical questions submitted relative to the requirements of this solicitation. Per this amendment various clauses have been revised. A copy of the amendment and all other information related to this requirement is posted at the following website under the Solicitations and Amendments heading Scientific, Engineering, Response & Analytical Services (SERAS) PR-HQ-08-13330: http://www.epa.gov/oamsrpod/ersc/SERAS/index.htm Phone calls will NOT be accepted. All written (hard copy and electronic) submissions (technical proposal, cost proposal, plans, etc.) are due for PR-HQ-08-13330 on or before April 21, 2009 at 3:00 PM EST.
