- Statement of Work for Bridge Crane, dated 6 April 09 MS Word Copy of combined Synopsis Solicatation for Brige Crane. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION #: F2D0BD-09-Q-0BG01 This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotes (RFQ). NAICS: 333293 This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. ITEMS: New BRIDGE CRANE Installation This is a firm fixed price type contract. The requirement will be solicited and evaluated under FAR 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Offerors must be registered in Central Contracting Register (CCR). No awards will be made to offerors not registered. Registration can be accomplished through the following web link: http://www.ccr.gov. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Cage Code, Duns Number, Taxpayer I.D. No., Payment Terms, and/or Discount Terms, Offerors Reps and Certs, Point of Contact, Phone, Fax, and Email. All work will be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please indicate the lead time for all items in this solicitation. Contract award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable. Contractor shall submit Work Schedule NLT 30 days after award of contract. Government will be allowed 15 days after receipt from contractor to review for comment. Contractor shall submit revised work schedule incorporating changes/comments, if applicable, NLT 15 days after receipt of comments from the government. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on 12 MAY 2009 starting at promptly 1000 hrs at Little Mountain Test Facility (LMTF), Bldg 501 (Shock and Vibration Laboratory), 12000 West 12th Street, Ogden, UT. LMTF is a Hill Air Force Base Facility. All contractors will be required to obtain a visitors badge prior to the site visit. Please allow 20 minutes to stop at the Visitors center and receive you r pass. If you plan to attend please follow the directions below: AFFAR 5352.215-9001, NOTICE OF PRE-BID/PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE (MAY 1996) IAW AFFARS 5315.209(S-91) a) A pre-bid/pre-proposal conference (site-visit) will be conducted at Little Mountain Facility 12000 West 12th Street Ogden, UT 84404-9133 on Tuesday May 12, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. MST for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. b) Submit names of all attendees to By Email: Karin.werner@hill.af.mil By Fax: (801) 777-0990 PRIOR to: 3:00PM, Thursday, May 7, 2009 This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference (site visit) attendees. Form must be signed by your Security Officer or Company CEO and include their phone number. c) Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit questions to the contract manger, Karin Werner, Capt USAF, not later than NOON on Monday, 11 May 2009. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. d) A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers. (The above Clause/Provision has been modified).
