- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER HQ AFCESA SUSTAINMENT, RESTORATION AND MODERNIZATION SINGLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (SATOC). This requirement will be put out for proposal to all HQ AFCESA SATOC contractors under JCN # SAM005. This is traditional construction paving encompassing two similar projects at March ARB, CA. Building 602 parking lot is to be replaced and a portion of Taxiway Alpha shoulder is to be replaced. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The request for proposal will be issued on or about 9 April 2009.
