- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUB L. 111-5, One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE SABER CONTRACTOR AT DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB. THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOW: Remove exisisting light fixtures and retrofit with LED heads with similar light output for the parking lots of multiple facilities on Davis-Monthan AFB. All lights will be in compliance with City of Tucson, (Night Sky Ordinance) outdoor lighting code.
