The Solicitation is a 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. This notice is Revision 00002 to the Solicitation. The purpose of this Revision 00002 to the solicitation is to provide additional Responses to the Questions received by March 13, 2009, to extend the proposal deadline to April 24, 2009 and to post the revisions to the following Solicitation documents: 1. SF-30, Amendment 00002, extends the proposal deadline to April 24, 2009. 2. Section J-6, List of Field Site Locations-- Revised 3.
