PR: IQC09076009069 Solicitation: SPM4A7-09-R-0839 NSN: 1560-01-044-3338 Item: Support, Strap Assebly, AH-1W Helicopters Estimated Annual Demand: 108 each Delivery Schedule: 192 DARO Solicitation issue date: April 21, 2009 Solicitation closing date: May 21, 2009 CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM This solicitation is for an approved source item, the sources are: Bell Helicopters (97499) and Lord Kinematics (76005). The FOB, and Inspection and Acceptance points are Destination. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Business size is unrestricted. This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Other than full and open competition basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), available from only one or a limited number of sources. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Guaranteed Min for the base year is 27 Ea, Min Order Qty 27 Ea, Estimated Annual demand Qty 108 EA; Max Contract Qty for the base year is 216.
