- NSN: 1005 00 550 4081 is anticipated to be on a Long - Term Contract. This contract is initiative is for an indefinite quantity contract with a base period of one year and four 1 - year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This will provide stock coverage for military customer in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. The Goverment will place orders under this contract for DLA Direct (Stock). The proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated under "Best Value" procedures as described in Section M. The Evaluation Factors are as follows: 1. Price 2. Past Performance 3. Proposed Delivery 4. Socioeconomic 5. Mentoring Business Agreement (MBA) participation 6. AbilityOne Support The NSN requires First Article Testing (FAT) requirements. The Contractor will test 5 units and submit a report to the Goverment within 20 days after testing. The Government will take 60 days to review the submitted reported. The referenced drawing is 5009282 dated 26 Nov 07 NSN - 1005 00 550 4081 ADQ - 12,000 each ADV - $3,096,000.00 AMC - 1 AMSC - C DPAS - DOA1 PIC - C (Origin) UI - Each Packaging Requirements - MIL STD 2073 1C This is an unrestricted procurement and FAR 12 will not be used. FAR 15 will be utilized for this acquisition. Opening Date - ESTIMATED 20 APRIL 09 Closing Date - ESTIMATED 20 MAY 09 @ 1:00 PM EST
