- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with The Boeing Company to provide all equipment, material, nad services to produce four (4) Electro-Optics Pallet/Pod Tester (EOPT) Ancillary Test Set Target Modules, P/N: 74D740503-1003, for the AN/ASQ-228 Advanced Targeted Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) Pod for the F/A-18. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
