- Synopsis: Survey Meters and Probes Solicitation # FA3010-09-T-0017 Class Code: 6635 NAICS Code: 334515 Description: Purchase of Survey Meters and Probes Keesler AFB intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures to L3 Communications/ Narda Microwave-East, 435 Moreland Rd, Hauppauge NY 11788 for the equipment listed below. Offers for equivalent items meeting government requirements will be accepted and considered. (1) NBM – 550 RF Survey Meter (Model 2400/101) (1) GPS Option Set 1 (Model 2401/40 USA) (1) EF 5091 E – Field Probe 300 MHz to 50 GHz (Model 2402/03) (1) EF 5092 E - Field Hi – Power Probe (Model 2402/11) (1) EF 1891 E – Field Probe 3MHz to 18 GHz (Model 2402/02) (1) NBM – 520 FR Survey Meter (Model 2400/102) (1) EF 0391 E – Field Probe 100 KHz to 3 GHz All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 334515. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry prior to award with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at website, http://www.ccr.gov. Invoices shall be electronically submitted via Wide Area Work Flow. Registration and invoicing may be accomplished at https://wawf.eb.mil/. Estimated issue date of this Solicitation, # FA3010-09-T-0017, is 06 April 09. Proposals are due NLT 12 noon, CST, on 22 April 2009. The solicitation will be available to download via http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
