- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, is soliciting offers on 100% small business set-aside basis for the purchase of multiple 480 Volt and 120 Volt Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor (TVSS) over a five year period. 1 of each TVSS will be fabricated for use in First Article Testing. The required 480 Volt and 120 Volt TVSS's to be furnished shall be in accordance with the Navy's Performance Specification. This requirement will be evaluated on a low price, technically acceptable basis and offerors will be expected to submit both technical and price proposals for the consideration of the Government. A firm-fixed price type, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated to result from the solicitation. It is the intention of the Navy to issue this RFP through electronic means only. This RFP shall be available upon issuance at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. The NAICS code for this requirement is 335999.
