- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to provide grounds maintenance under a performance based contract at the National Weather Service Forecast Office located at 1901 South State Route 134, Wilmington, OH 45177. Period of performance will be 01 May 2009 through 31 March 2010 for the base year and 01 April through 31 March for four one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS is 561730 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million in average annual receipts. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interest parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial item acquisition on or about April 8, 2009, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. To be eligible for award the offeror must have a valid DUNS Number and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
