- Single award contract for the period May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010, for Department of Labor (BLS). Production area restricted to the Continential United States. Approximately four orders per year for up to 123,000 copies per order. The test run will be for a very small quantity (approximately 50 to 100 copies) designed to test all aspects of the job prior to the full production order. Trim size: Items 1, 3, 4 and 5: 8-1/2 x 11", Item 2: 4-1/8 x 9-1/2" (No. 10) with window or 9 x 12" with window. Prints: Item 1: Face only, Item 2: One side only, Item 3: Face and back, Item 4: Four pages, Item 5: Face only. Operations include electronic prepress; printing; construction; assembling; packing; and mailing. Quality Level III. Bid opening April 20, 2009.
