YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST ATTN: DSCR-ZDA, GERALDINE WILLIAMS, CONTRACTING OFFICER, FAX 256-955-9192. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. PRON: AX9F0211AX, NSN: 1615-01-125-0779, PN: 70357-06305-042, QUANTITY: 20 each, applicable to the UH-60 (BLACKHAWK), with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286, Timken Aerospace Transmissions LLC, Cage Code 15152, SPX Corporation, Cage Code 82001, and W and G Machine Company Incorporated, Cage Code 33682, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activitys procedures. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 20 Each due 390 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 20 Each due 260 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
