This buy is a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) buy with 100% option quantity. Commercial and critical item. Specifications, plans, or drawing relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by thet Government. The end item is a helicopter. This buy is UNRESTRICTED and DIBBS quotes are NOT acceptable. Contractors are expected to complete the entire package for review. Export Control applies. FOB and Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. the requested delivery is 125 best available. Contract will be awarded by DSCR.
