- This is a modification to the synopsis which was posted on March 10, 2009. You arenotified that the following changes are made: 1. The BAA release date will be no earlier than May 15, 2009. As additional informationis available, it will be posted to this website. 2. In addition, the title of this solicitation is changed to "Throttleable CryogenicEngine Concept Design Study" to reflect that this solicitation is not subject to theRecovery and Reinvestment Act. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/MSFC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=62 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
