- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER A PROPOSED SOLICITATION TO MAINTAIN BASE STRIPING. The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of RA-GHLN 08-1002 Maintain Base Striping at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The Government anticipates soliciting for the award of a 8(a) Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) 1721, with a size standard of $33.5 million. This project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary plant, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment to perform pavement striping. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. The Government anticipates the issuance of the Request for Proposal in April 2009. The target award date is June 2009 with a start date in July 2009.
